debip20:/usr/local# dpkg -l mysql-server  => 5.0.51a-24

debip20:/etc/mysql# dpkg -l | grep '^ii' | grep java
ii  java-common       0.30            Base of all Java packages
ii  sun-java5-bin     1.5.0-17-0.1    Sun Java(TM) Runtime Environment (JRE) 5.0 (architecture depen
ii  sun-java5-jre     1.5.0-17-0.1    Sun Java(TM) Runtime Environment (JRE) 5.0 (architecture indep
ii  sun-java6-bin     6-12-1          Sun Java(TM) Runtime Environment (JRE) 6 (architecture depende
ii  sun-java6-jre     6-12-1          Sun Java(TM) Runtime Environment (JRE) 6 (architecture indepen

debip20:/usr/local# wget http://www.desknow.com/downloads/desknow.tar.gz
debip20:/usr/local# tar zxvf desknow.tar.gz
debip20:/usr/local/desknow_server# cat readme.txt

Je suis les instructions :

debip20:/usr/local/desknow_server# mv desknow /var
debip20:/usr/local/desknow_server# mv desknowdata /var

debip20:/usr/local/desknow_server# mv etc/desknow.conf /etc

debip20:/# cat /etc/desknow.conf |egrep -v '^#|^$'
JAVA_HOME="/usr/lib/jvm/java-1.5.0-sun"
JAVA_OPTS="-Xms32m -Xmx256m"
DESKNOW_HOME="/var/desknow"
DESKNOWDATA="/var/desknowdata"
DESKNOW_PID=/var/run/desknow.pid

debip20:/usr/local/desknow_server# mv etc/init.d/desknow /etc/init.d

debip20:/usr/local/desknow_server/etc/init.d# /var/desknow/bin/configconsole.sh

Using desknowdata directory: /var/desknowdata
Using server.xml: /var/desknow/conf/server.xml

desknow connexion

debip20:/usr/local#  wget http://dev.mysql.com/get/Downloads/Connector-J/mysql-connector-java-5.0.5.tar.gz/from/ftp://mir1.ovh.net/ftp.mysql.com/

debip20:/usr/local# tar zxvf mysql-connector-java-5.0.5.tar.gz mysql-connector-java-5.0.5/mysql-connector-java-5.0.5-bin.jar
mysql-connector-java-5.0.5/mysql-connector-java-5.0.5-bin.jar
debip20:/usr/local# cp mysql-connector-java-5.0.5/mysql-connector-java-5.0.5-bin.jar /var/desknowdata/lib/

desknow login

Mais ça ne passe pas ! Il m'insulte :

debip20:/usr/local/mysql-connector-java-5.0.5# /etc/init.d/desknow start

Voyons cela :

mysql> SHOW CREATE TABLE PROPERTIES;
+------------+----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------+
| Table      | Create Table                                                                                                                                             |
+------------+----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------+
| PROPERTIES | CREATE TABLE `PROPERTIES` (
  `pkey` varchar(50) NOT NULL,
  `pvalue` varchar(50) NOT NULL,
  PRIMARY KEY  (`pkey`)
) ENGINE=MyISAM DEFAULT CHARSET=utf8 |

Je procède donc comme suit:

debip20:/etc/mysql# mysqldump -p desknow > /tmp/toto

Je supprime la base desknow
mysql> drop database desknow;

debip20:/etc/mysql# /etc/init.d/mysql stop

J'ajoute la ligne suivante dans my.cnf:

debip20:/etc/mysql# grep storage my.cnf
default-storage-engine = InnoDB

debip20:/etc/mysql# /etc/init.d/mysql start

mysql> show engines;
+------------+----------+----------------------------------------------------------------+
| Engine     | Support  | Comment                                                        |
+------------+----------+----------------------------------------------------------------+
| MyISAM     | YES      | Default engine as of MySQL 3.23 with great performance         |
| MEMORY     | YES      | Hash based, stored in memory, useful for temporary tables      |
| InnoDB     | DEFAULT  | Supports transactions, row-level locking, and foreign keys     |
| BerkeleyDB | NO       | Supports transactions and page-level locking                   |
| BLACKHOLE  | YES      | /dev/null storage engine (anything you write to it disappears) |
| EXAMPLE    | NO       | Example storage engine                                         |
| ARCHIVE    | YES      | Archive storage engine                                         |
| CSV        | YES      | CSV storage engine                                             |
| ndbcluster | DISABLED | Clustered, fault-tolerant, memory-based tables                 |
| FEDERATED  | YES      | Federated MySQL storage engine                                 |
| MRG_MYISAM | YES      | Collection of identical MyISAM tables                          |
| ISAM       | NO       | Obsolete storage engine                                        |
+------------+----------+----------------------------------------------------------------+
12 rows in set (0.00 sec)

mysql> create database desknow;

perl -ni -e 's/MyISAM/InnoDB/g;print' /tmp/toto

debip20:/usr/local/mysql-connector-java-5.0.5# /etc/init.d/desknow start

Je vérifie :

debip20:/etc/mysql# netstat -tpan

sn2caen:/etc/bind# rndc reload
server reload successful

sn2caen:/etc/bind# host 192.168.1.241
241.1.168.192.in-addr.arpa domain name pointer srvglus238.net.pat.

Je renvoie un mail:

srvglus238:/var/qmail/control# echo "Test desknow" | mail -s "test010409" admin@group.grp && tail -f /var/log/mail.log

http://www.desknow.com/downloads/syn/DeskNowOutlookConnector.exe

Conclusion: Un outil puissant, à priori un peu moins lourd côté ressources serveur que zimbra.
